It didn't completely solve the problem for me - after THAT line of code was fixed, there were about 20 inserts in the SEO_URL_INSTALLER function. Rather than try to enter a value, I changed it to ... VALUES (null, 'Enable SEO URLs?'.... (replaced the empty quotes for a null). That did the trick, since it's an auto-increment column, it auto-assigned the next integer. Thanks! Great post!
