BidVertiser and their “geographic targeting”

I though I’ll drop a line – who knows, somebody might click on 500th page on google’s serps.

It’s about geo targeting of Bidvertiser.

Recently they were offering $20  of free clicks. So I’ve tried with one of my websites.

It’s ok if you are targeting US market – it’s cheap, it brings you real visitors(and these visitors do stuff, not only just click on ads) . I was quite happy and was planing to add more funds to my account… until i realised that all of them are from US and my campaign was set to UK visitors only.

I’m not crying – didn’t lost any money, because it was a promotion. But if you’re going to pay them some money and don’t want US traffic – don’t trust their geo targeting.  It simply doesn’t work
